What are your professional goals – a career in a particular industry, a graduate degree in a specific field, etc.? I am from Telford, PA, which is a suburban town about an hour away from Temple University. I have also been researching best practices for digitally marketing our services and news to our target audiences. As an intern, I have been working on creating copy for the company’s new website, specifically by writing articles that are featured on the new site. I am interning with FluidEdge Consulting, a healthcare-focused consulting agency located in Malvern, PA. Where are you interning and what is your role?

The people that I work with include traditional and non-traditional incoming students, transfer students, and parents/families/support systems. My role is to work with small orientation groups to facilitate activities and discussions that will assist with students’ transition into Temple University. I am working at Temple University’s Office of Orientation and New Student Programs as an Owl Team Leader. I discovered this opportunity through a personal connection/networking. How did you find out about this exciting internship opportunity? I also shadow assistants in every department from comedy touring to reality TV. Generally, I work in the mailroom delivering scripts and packages to agents. I am an Intern for the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA). Where are you working this summer and what is your role? I’m majoring in Media Studies and Production in the School of Media and Communication. Our third Takeover takes place on Tuesday, July 12 and features Temple junior Max Blake, an intern for the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) in Beverly Hills, California!
